DESARROLLADOR CSS

Full-time (trabajo desde casa). Se buscan talentosos desarrolladores CSS. Inglés fluido oral y escrito excluyente. CSS Developer: Freelance to Full-time (work from home). They are looking for a talented CSS developers who loves CSS. Requirements: fluent in conversational and written English, minimum of 2 years of experience with HTML, and CSS2 (optional knowledge of CSS3 is a plus), minimum of 1 year of experience with Wordpress, knowledge of Adobe CS5 Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator, optional knowledge of Flash is a plus), to have a high standard of quality Q/A perfeccionista, understanding of web standards / web browser capabilities and ability to create cross-browser and cross-platform compliant code/design for IE7, ability to 100% replicate flat designs into html/css layout/design, strong sense of design, layout, and typography for the web, knowledge of current web design trends and techniques, ability to proactively analyze situations to provide suggestions for building efficiencies or improved results, very detail-oriented, well-organized, and pro-active, ability to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities: create fully functional websites via our custom-built Wordpress Framework, training will be provided (it should take about 1 week to get comfortable). This process will consist of: converting pre-existing flat web designs into custom HTML/CSS2-3, and using pre-built Wordpress plugins to create various functionalities. Will not be creating Wordpress PHP Templates. Benefits: work from home 4 days a week (this starts after the evaluation period, and must be online from 10-7 pm via Skype), will be part of a very exciting new startup idea, will work with a small but talented team of creatives and developers, will have the opportunity to grow in your role in the company, work on international projects (mostly in English). A big plus but not essential: CSS framework “960”, HTML5, Javascript, PHP, Flash, Wordpress Template Development. Compensation: competitive salary based on experience, quarterly performance bonuses + Medical/Dental + Vacation Bonus (after completing probationary 1 month period).
